By booking or attending an appointment with Leigh-on-Sea Laser Clinic, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Consultations

All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not considered safe or appropriate.

A consultation and patch test may be required prior to your first appointment to ensure safe and effective treatment.

2. Deposits

Deposits are required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are transferable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the deposit being retained

Deposits may be deducted from your treatment where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restricted or refused future bookings

4. Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time

  • In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled and the deposit retained

5. Treatment Suitability & Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information at all times.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • All medical history provided is accurate

  • You will inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or skin condition

  • You understand that results vary between individuals

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if contraindications are present.

6. Treatment Expectations

Laser hair removal is a process of long-term hair reduction, not complete permanent removal.

  • A course of 6–12 treatments is typically required

  • Maintenance (top-up) sessions may be needed over time

  • Results vary depending on skin type, hair type, and hormonal factors

7. Pre- & Post-Treatment Care

Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided.

Failure to do so may:

  • Compromise results

  • Increase risk of adverse reactions

  • Result in treatment being refused without refund

8. Pricing & Payments

All treatments are priced individually unless otherwise stated.

  • We operate on a pay-as-you-go basis

  • Courses or packages (if purchased) must be used within the stated validity period

  • Pricing may be subject to change, with reasonable notice provided

Installment options may be available and will be agreed in advance.

9. Patch Testing

Patch tests are carried out to assess skin reaction and suitability.

  • A valid patch test is required before treatment

  • If treatment is not carried out within a certain timeframe, a repeat patch test may be necessary

10. Photography & Clinical Records

Photographs may be taken for clinical, insurance, and training purposes.

  • Images will only be used for marketing with your explicit consent

  • All records are stored securely in line with data protection regulations

11. Adverse Reactions

While every precaution is taken, all treatments carry some level of risk.

Any adverse reactions must be reported to the clinic as soon as possible.

12. Liability

Leigh-on-Sea Laser Clinic is not liable for:

  • Adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-care advice

  • Undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Variations in treatment results

13. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
