Service Agreement

At Leigh-on-Sea Laser Clinic, we value both your time and ours, as well as the commitment required to achieve the best possible results.

Our policies are designed to maintain a professional, respectful, and high-quality experience for every client.

By booking and attending appointments, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

Leigh-on-Sea Laser Clinic provides advanced laser hair removal treatments using medical-grade technology. All treatments are carried out for the purpose of
long-term hair reduction. Results vary between individuals, and permanent hair removal cannot be guaranteed. A course of 6–12 sessions is typically required for optimal results, with maintenance sessions recommended where necessary.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective treatment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date medical history at all times

  • Inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or skin condition

  • Complete all consultation and consent forms prior to treatment

  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided

  • Attend appointments within recommended timeframes

Failure to follow guidance may impact results or result in treatment being postponed.

3. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are required to secure appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are transferable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

  • Deposits may be deducted from your treatment where applicable

All treatments are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis, unless otherwise agreed. Courses or instalment plans must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-refundable once commenced.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Treatment Suitability & Safety

All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

  • A patch test may be required prior to treatment

  • Treatment will not proceed without signed consent

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not considered safe or appropriate

Protective eyewear must be worn during all laser treatments.

6. Treatment Risks & Expectations

While treatments are carried out with the highest level of care, you acknowledge that potential side effects may include:

Redness, swelling, sensitivity, pigmentation changes, burns, or irritation.

You understand that:

  • Results vary depending on individual factors

  • Multiple sessions are required

  • Maintenance treatments may be needed over time

7. Scheduling & Treatment Compliance

For best results, treatments should be carried out within recommended intervals. If there is a significant gap between sessions, a repeat patch test may be required before continuing treatment.

8. Photography & Records

Photographs may be taken for clinical and insurance purposes.

  • Images will only be used for marketing with your explicit consent

  • All records are stored securely in line with UK GDPR

  • Treatment records are retained for 7 years

9. Liability

Leigh-on-Sea Laser Clinic is not liable for:

  • Adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-care advice

  • Undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information provided

  • Variations in treatment results

10. Client Acknowledgement

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement

  • Understand the nature, risks, and limitations of laser hair removal

  • Agree to follow all clinic guidance and policies

  • Accept that results cannot be guaranteed
