Leigh-On-Sea laser clinic is strictly by appointment only.

Upon attending your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the exact time booked, and come alone. We are unable to have any plus ones or babies / children in the clinic for insurance purposes.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late your appointment may not be able to go ahead. in the event of lateness please call 07862 880 804

BOOKING POLICY

All clients will only be able to book one appointment at a time, 6 weeks in advance.

This booking policy applies for both clients who have paid upfront and those who pay as you go.

This is to manage your appointment efficiently and ensure sessions are appropriately spaced out for best results.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice.

If you don’t give appropriate notice of cancellation or fail to show for your appointment, any previous deposit will be forfeited.
 


 

Laser Hair Removal Course Policy

Laser hair removal courses are sold as prepaid packages of 6 or 8 sessions and are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

All courses are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Valid only for the named client
  • To be used exclusively at our clinic

A mandatory consultation must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the first treatment session. Treatment cannot proceed without a completed consultation and suitability confirmation.

 


 

Consultation Policy

All clients must attend a consultation a minimum of 48 hours before their first laser hair removal treatment.

The consultation is required to:

  • Assess suitability for laser treatment
  • Review medical history
  • Complete patch testing where necessary
  • Explain treatment expectations and aftercare

Failure to attend or complete the consultation within the required timeframe may result in treatment being delayed.

 


 

Refund Policy

A full refund is available if a laser hair removal course is cancelled at least 48 hours before the first scheduled treatment session.

Once the first treatment session has taken place, the course is considered partially used. Any approved refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the full single-session price of treatments already completed.

No refunds will be issued once more than 50% of the course has been used.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


 

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without charge.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the session being deducted from the course.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled, with the session counted as used.

 


 

Course Expiry Policy

All laser hair removal courses must be completed within 18 months of the purchase date.

Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
